Invoicepak

Terms of service

Last updated: October 4, 2026

These terms govern your use of Invoicepak, a Shopify app operated by Rajan Karmakar (“we”, “us”). By installing or using Invoicepak you agree to these terms on behalf of the store you install it on. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

The service

Invoicepak lets you design invoice templates, generate PDF invoices for your Shopify orders, and email them to your customers automatically or on demand. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Your account

You need a Shopify store to use Invoicepak, and you must keep complying with Shopify's own terms. You are responsible for everyone who uses the app through your Shopify admin.

Plans and billing

Invoicepak offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly by Shopify and appear on your Shopify bill; we do not collect payment details ourselves. Prices and the limits of each plan are shown in the app and on the Shopify App Store listing. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app, and uninstalling the app cancels your subscription. Charges already billed are not refunded, except where the law or Shopify's billing policies require it. We will tell you in advance before raising the price of a plan you are on.

Your responsibilities

Your content and data

You keep ownership of your store's data and of the logos, text and templates you add. You give us permission to use them only as needed to run Invoicepak for you. How we handle personal information is described in our privacy policy.

Data processing

For your customers' personal information, you are the data controller and we process it on your behalf as your processor. We will:

Our intellectual property

Invoicepak, including its software, design and starter templates, belongs to us. You may use it only through the app, while these terms apply, and you may not copy, resell or reverse engineer it.

Third-party services

Invoicepak relies on Shopify and on other providers, such as our email delivery provider. We are not responsible for outages or changes in services we do not control.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Invoicepak available and working correctly, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend access when needed for maintenance or security, or if you break these terms.

Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, Invoicepak is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. Invoicepak does not provide tax, accounting or legal advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Invoicepak is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Indemnity

You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs we face because of your content, the emails you send through Invoicepak, or your breach of these terms or of the law.

Ending your use

You can stop using Invoicepak at any time by uninstalling it. We may end or suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. What happens to your data after uninstalling is described in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute about them, unless the law where you are based gives you rights that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you in the app or by email before significant changes take effect. Continuing to use Invoicepak after that means you accept the updated terms.
